- Worked directly with incoming and outgoing CEOs and Board to create a strategic communications plan that included consistent and clear messaging for a constantly evolving timeline
- Worked on CEO’s remarks for various events and conferences to include information about the leadership succession and plan, and their goals and vision

- Successful executive leadership transition communicated to all Organization’s constituencies
- Clear telling and sharing of new CEO’s personal story and vision via Q&A, written statements and social media
